Bila2cuci – Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the bila2cuci platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bila2cuci platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any provision, you are asked not to use this platform.
To register and use bila2cuci's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not appear on any exclusion or restriction list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
- Use the platform for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
Bila2cuci reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, at any time and without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bila2cuci. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process.
- Keep your profile information up to date whenever there are any changes.
- Keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
- Notify the bila2cuci support team immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. bila2cuci is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the bila2cuci platform: fraud, money laundering, the use of automation software or bots, hacking, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the bila2cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the support section, subject to compliance review.
- Bila2cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash without first fulfilling those requirements.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Bila2cuci shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or errors in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bila2cuci, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses from betting activities. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that they are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Bila2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Valid balances in accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user subject to review and verification. Any balance in an account closed due to fraud or serious breach will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bila2cuci platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of bila2cuci or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from bila2cuci.
Third-Party Links & Data Privacy
The bila2cuci platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and support providers. These third-party links and services are governed by their own separate terms and privacy policies, which are independent of these terms. bila2cuci is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.
With regard to personal data processing, bila2cuci complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with bila2cuci Privacy Policy which may be reviewed separately. Users agree to the processing of their data as required for platform operations, identity verification, legal compliance, and service improvements.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Bila2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the bila2cuci platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. You agree not to initiate any legal action in any other jurisdiction.
